The evacuation of a house or business premises (in whole or in part) is actually a special way of "tidying up & earning": now we not only pick up the (for the sales concept) interesting stuff, but everything!

The property will be delivered (if desired) broom clean. Subsequently, it will be determined which items (for both parties) are interesting to start the sales process with and which will be given a different, meaningful destination.

In advance you will receive an estimate of revenue and costs: probable revenue greater than costs? You pay nothing! At the end you will see the actual result. If it was positive, we'll distribute your share of the profits. Negative? Risk Umecom!

From Step 1, we know whether an on-site inventory is required, or whether your information is sufficient. This is followed by a more detailed overview of the (expected) revenue, costs and whether a profit distribution is to be expected.

If the overview gives you cause to start, we go to Step 3 (registration and assignment)

To commission us, you can visit the (external) main site sign up (if not previously done) or log in . We will then contact you for an appointment to schedule your evacuation.

After your order we will start (Step 4): an efficient evacuation, by the best sales!

The (for our concept) unsuitable items go to the regular cycle, etc. Other items are photographed and placed on 12-13 online sales channels with good photos, well thought-out texts and smart keywords.

The proceeds will be distributed according to the graduated scale/rates below. You will receive a specification/open calculation of the actual revenue and costs. Your initial deposit will be corrected or your profit share will be distributed.

NO-RISC! = all costs are paid from the proceeds / relate to risk Umecom. You NEVER have to pay (in advance)!
(transport and storage costs are reserved for orders for evacuation, partial evacuation and art collections: these are invoiced separately).

VAST: the traditional evacuator estimates both the value and cost of evacuation. On that basis you will receive a quotation: if the costs are greater than the proceeds, you will have to pay the difference. But, what if it's the other way around? This often makes the quotation difficult or unclear. Anyway, there is little view on the actual result!

VARIABEL: we evacuate according to the same (no-cure, no-pay) commission principle as for our Kringloop+ and other services: we pick up ALL items and deliver the room broom clean. Profit (= revenue - costs) according to the scale/ breakdown on page rates. The final invoice is 100% transparent! In this way, your premises will be evacuated optimally!

PLEASE NOTE: VARIABEL almost always delivers more than VAST! In addition, you have 100% insight into the result (income and costs).
